Oura — We worked with Oura ring to crystallise their product and pave way for international growth. As a result, the company grew 885% during our partnership and the success continues.
VR — A strategic design partnership has led to a refreshed brand and new mobile application enabling a 385% annual growth in ticket sales.
Denso — An explorative business design program enabled transformation and validated new mobility concepts for the European branch of a tier-1 automotive supplier.
Helsinki Partners — We worked with MyHelsinki, facilitating a co-creative foresight process crafting descriptions of possible futures for the city of Helsinki, along with making a film at the end to synthesise and communicate the results.
Telia — We’ve worked as Telia’s design partner since 2015. Starting service design for Sonera, and then transformation of Sonera and Tele Finland into Telia Finland, and extending to experience design of several of their services and apps.
OP — We worked with OP Lab to design Pivo, a revolutionary digital product for the youth which broke all existing adoption records, sparked a transformation in the organisation and as a result won several awards including Grand One, Vuoden Huiput and a Red Dot for Interaction Design.
Fortum — Coaching a lean way of working across the entire organisation and developing new digital service concepts with rapid experimentation.
Freska — At Freska, we embedded ourselves in their product teams, working to bring a more holistic, customer goal-oriented approach to building products.
ING Group — Since 2016, we’ve worked with ING Group on design methodology training, product innovation and design sprints etc facilitated by our team and ING own coaches in multiple ING countries around the globe.
Starship Technologies — Helping autonomous delivery company find first their product-market fit and then grow into new markets through research and validation of new concept ideas and product design.
Virta — As electric vehicles (EVs) are becoming the standard automotive solution, the necessary infrastructure needs to be built. Virta, Europe’s fastest growing EV charging platform, collaborated with Nordkapp to revise their management tools for B2B customers to make them a competitive advantage and one of the driving forces behind their stellar customer experience.
Umbra 3D (now part of Amazon Robotics) — Building an end-to-end platform with product design for all touch-points in augmented and mixed reality. Achievements include Webby Honoree and IxD Award shortlisting, and an acquisition by Amazon Robotics.
Beddit (now part of Apple Health) — Working in a strategic partnership to redesign and their applications, offering and the company. Within 18 months our work led directly into them winning a Red Dot and several other awards, and an acquisition by Apple in May 2017.
